We are about to embark on our third competition this year.
Celtic Spirit BBQ will be heading to Tryon, NC to compete in the Blue Ridge BBQ Festival. This is a KCBS Sanctioned competition and last year there was 84 teams competing for a piece of the purse. We did fairly well there last year and I hope we doing even better this year.
Struggling to get my ribs and brisket scores up. So far our chicken and pork entries have been steadily improving to the level I expect I am capable of achieving..
